Enriched Bleached Wheat Flour (bleached Wheat Flour, Niacin, Reduced Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Sugar, Leavening (sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate, Dicalcium Phosphate, Monocalcium Phosphate), Wheat Starch, Canola Oil, Contains Less Than 2% Of: Propylene Glycol Mono- And Diesters, Salt, Mono- And Diglycerides, Fractionated Palm Oil, Sodium Stearoyl Lactylate, Cellulose Gum, Xanthan Gum, Coconut Blend (coconut Cream, Coconut Flour), Natural Flavor, Ascorbic Acid.
Directions
You Will Need: 1 pkg Duncan Hines Dolly Parton's Coconut Cake Mix. 1 cup milk. 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted. 4 eggs. 1 container Duncan Hines Dolly Parton's Creamy Buttercream Frosting. 2 cups sweetened flaked coconut. Pam Baking Spray. Do not eat raw batter. 1. Cake Mix: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Spray two 8-inch round pans with baking spray. Blend cake mix, milk, melted butter and eggs with an electric mixer on low speed until moistened, about 30 seconds. Beat on medium speed 2 minutes. 2. Bake: Pour batter into pans and bake 24 to 28 minutes, until toothpick inserted in center comes out clean. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes. Remove from pans and cool completely. 3. Frost: Place one cooled cake layer on serving plate. Spread about 1/2-cup frosting on first layer. Top with second cake layer. Frost entire cake with remaining frosting. 4. Decorate: Press coconut around top and sides of cake. Slice and serve! Easy Prep Recipe: Ingredients: 1 cup milk. 4 large eggs. 1/2 cup melted butter. Do not eat raw batter. Direction: 1.
