BAKE: Conventional Oven:1. Preheat oven to 425°F :2. Cook frozen fillets on covered pan for 45 minutes or until minimum internal temperature on instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. (Bake thawed breast 39 to 44 minutes.):Appliances vary. Cooking times approximate.:Adjust accordingly to ensure internal temperature reaches 170°F.::†For best results when breading or marinating Tyson® Individually Frozen Chicken, remove the protective ice glaze by holding under lukewarm running water for about 1 minute.:Saute: Stovetop: 1. Preheat skillet over medium heat. Oil or Non-stick pan spray can be used to prevent sticking. :2. Place frozen chicken in skillet, cover pan and cook for 10 minutes. :3. Flip chicken, cover pan and cook for additional 10 minutes, or until minimum internal temperature measured using instant read thermometer reaches 170°F. :Appliances vary.     Decided to buy these Tyson frozen chicken breasts for the first time a few weeks ago. We have cooked two dinners using them so far. Both times the result was awful and the chicken was tough and not edible. We have thrown out what we have cooked and will probably throw out the rest of the bag, unless we can find a stray dog or cat somewhere.

    I’ve bought the frozen chicken many times but the current bag has is rubbery and poor tasting. Not sure what has changed but it’s not really edible and had to be thrown out. I expected better from a Tyson product.

    Disgusting. Last 2 bags I’ve bought were terrible. It’s rubbery and doesn’t shred and doesn’t taste like it used to. I end up throwing it all out because no one will eat it. I’ve been buying this product for years . But, won’t be buying it again. I expected better from Tyson!

    The chicken breasts were good. They had a great flavor and were tender. I slow thaw them in the refrigerator a few days before grilling or baking them in the over. Baking them at 350 or 375 for 20 to 25 minutes in the over will result in some tender chicken. Grilling needs to be hot and you need to rotate the chicken every few minutes to get the best results. I also use a meat thermometer as a guide for doneness as well as keeping the meat tender.

    I loved how these breasts are consistent in thickness so they cook evenly. They're already frozen so I don't have to deal with touching raw chicken and freezing it in portions myself. Also, them being frozen meant I didn't have to be pressured to eat chicken every day of the week as I only had myself to feed, so I can use the breasts as I need them.

    I, too have had the same issues with Tyson chicken. We eat chicken a lot and have bought Tyson for years. The last two times we've bought Tyson, it's rubbery, dry and tastes very "gamey". We'll be going back to Perdue chicken.

    I recently bought a bag of the Tyson Frozen Skinless Chicken Breasts and am really disappointed in the quality. I even went out of my way to buy the "name brand" instead of the store "off-brand" (which I now wish I would have bought).I have cooked for many years, and usually use fresh (unfrozen) chicken, and have not bought these for several years. I prepared them according to package directions & they were extremely tough, stringy, dry, and hard to chew. I even tried them in a covered rice casserole and the result was even worse. I do not ever remember having this trouble years ago with frozen skinless Chicken breasts. I am thankful that the bags are small these days, and there were only 6 of these miserable breasts that I had to deal with.
