The ingredients are clean and minimal, the taste is okay, it's like a ranch-y vinegar dressing. I hope the company can do well but i can't see myself buying it again considering each bottle gave me only 3 salads-worth of dressing, and i use dressing quite conservatively. I would pour a bit out and dip my spinach in it.

        Even though it's quite spendy for dressing, we probably went through two bottles of this per week- it's an excellent and easy way to get fat and add flavor to a variety of dishes, and I'm a believer in the healthy ingredients and the absence of sugar and cheap oils. But recently the dressing has been thicker which makes it harder to get out of the bottleneck, and I think the texture is less appealing and honestly makes me gag a little bit (probably a personal preference thing). I've been adding avocado oil and a little water to it to thin it out. I'd give the old version 5 stars. The new version gets 3 :-(

I have tried quite a few different varieties of ranch dressing and this one to be exact was pretty bitter in my opinion plus the consistency was really lacking. I probably won’t plan on purchasing it any time soon.
