      Ingredients

      Filling: Water, Apples (citric Acid And Ascorbic Acid To Retain Color), Sugar, Brown Sugar, Modified Corn Starch, Less Than 2% Of: Salt, Natural Flavors, Acetylated Monoglycerides, Modified Food Starch, Methylcellulose, Spices, Lemon Juice (water, Lemon Juice Concentrate, Lemon Oil). Crust: Wheat Flour, Lard (deodorized Lard, Hydrogenated Lard, Bht [preservative]), Water, Dextrose, Salt, Caramel Color.

      Directions

      Microwave Oven: Cook only one at a time. 1. Place fruit pie on microwave-safe plate; slit top crust. 2. Microwave on high. 1100 watt oven or more. 3-1/2 to 4 minutes. Do not cook in microwave ovens below 1100 watts as fruit pie may not cook thoroughly. 3. Check that fruit pie is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Crust is golden brown and steam rises from filling. 4. Caution: Filling will be extremely hot. Remove carefully and enjoy after cooling. Conventional Oven: Do not prepare in toaster oven. 1. Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Place fruit pie on baking sheet; slit top crust. 2. Bake in oven 34 minutes. 3. Check that fruit pie is cooked thoroughly. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer in several spots. Crust is golden brown and steam rises from filling. 4. Caution: Filling will be extremely hot. Remove carefully and enjoy after cooling. Cook as directed. For Food Safety and Quality: Keep frozen. Do not thaw. Appliances vary. Adjust cooking times as needed. Food must be cooked thoroughly to 165 degrees F. Read and follow these cooking directions.

        Not ready in minutes unless you like crust that is still uncooked. Oh, wait a minute. I was not where I looked past the slit in the top and microwave. Missed the wattage restriction. Still, how is the microwave going to brown and crisp the raw crust? Also, there is no guidance on if it can stay in the paper bottom. Since I left it in for the microwave, I had a mess trying to take it out to try and put in the oven. Also, does a toaster oven work? This is not going to be bought by me again. It was not ready in minutes and a non crispy top is not ready at all.

        Great tasting product. With the great crispy pie crust and the great tasting of the fresh pick apples. I served it with cold vanalle icecream. It's a product that I would recommend for people to buy who is looking for a great refreshing dessert. I found that the price I paid was reasonable price for the product it is. I have tried many other similar products but none as Good as this one.To me it's a product that you would say your grandmother had made. It is not to sweet or not to tardy. And the crust alone brings me back to the days when I was a kid growing up when you had the home made pies with crust made from scratch.

        Firreeeeeeeeee........I love buying these and throwing them in the oven. They are perfect for me and if the hubby ends up taking too many bites if mine....I can just pop one in the oven for him. Also must say the best way to have it is with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. 😀
