Keep refrigerated below 40°F at all times.
Cooking Instructions:
To fry: Fry bacon in skillet over low heat. Turn frequently allowing slices to brown evenly.
To bake: Place bacon slices on rack in shallow pan. Pre-heating of oven is not required. Bake at 400°F for approximately 15 minutes. No turning necessary.
To microwave: Place bacon slices on microwave safe dish or paper plate. Cover with paper towel. Cook on high* power. Two (2) slices approximately 1 1/2 minutes.
*Microwave output will vary from unit to unit. Please cook until done.
