Organic brown rice, tofu, shiitake mushrooms, cabbage, onions and carrots in a light delicious wrapper. Fully cooked. 0 g trans fat per serving. See nutrition information for sodium content. Vegan. USDA organic. Inspected for wholesomeness by US Department of Agriculture. Ready in 7 minutes. Milk free. Microwavable. For more information, recipes and meal ideas, go to: www.anniechun.com. A Dish Most Legendary: Chinese legend says that potstickers were created by mistake when the emperor's chef left a pot of dumplings on the stove for too long, causing the bottoms to crisp. Fortunately, these crispy dumplings were a hit with the Chinese Imperial Court, and so this delicious dish was born. Many generations and cultures have since added their own unique twist to these plump, crescent-shaped delights. Known in Japan as gyoza and in Korea as mandu, all potstickers are deliciously crispy on once side and delectably tender on the other. Annie Chun's organic shiitake and vegetable potstickers are perfect as an appetizer, snack or side dish and are excellent on their own or with a side of tangy soy-vinegar dipping sauce. Either way, we know you will love this legendary culinary mistake. We constantly seek the best ingredients which is why we've partnered with CJ, a world-class food company with expertise in Asian foods. With CJ, we bring you authentic flavors and the finest ingredients so that you know you are giving your family the best. Certified organic by QAI. Certified organic: Quality Assurance International.

Ingredients

Filling: Bean Thread (water, Sweet Potato Starch, Carrageenan, Salt), Organic Brown Rice, Organic Tofu (water, Organic Soybeans, Calcium Sulfate, Calcium Chloride), Organic Cabbage, Organic Green Onion, Organic Hydrated Shiitake Mushrooms (water, Organic Shiitake Mushrooms), Organic Carrots, Organic Textured Soy Flour, Organic Onion, Organic Soy Sauce (water, Organic Soybeans, Organic Wheat, Salt, Organic Alcohol), Organic Soybean Oil, Organic Sugar, Sea Salt, Organic Garlic, Organic Ginger, Organic Sesame Oil, Organic Black Pepper, Wrapper Skin: Organic Wheat Flour, Water, Organic Soybean Oil, Sea Salt

Directions

Keep frozen. Pan Fry: On medium heat, add one tablespoon of oil in a nonstick pan. Add 7-10 frozen potstickers and turn frequently for 5-7 minutes or until golden brown. Add 2 tablespoons of water; cover and steam for about 2 minutes. Potstickers are ready when the water is evaporated and potstickers are lightly browned. Our organic potstickers are pre-cooked so you don't have to worry about over or under cooking them. Boiling: Bring 5 cups of water to a boil in a pot and add 7-10 frozen potstickers. Let potstickers cook for 4 to 5 minutes (after water re-boils, cook for 1-2 minutes), drain, and serve with your favorite dipping sauce. Microwave: Place frozen potstickers on a microwave-safe dish lined with a very wet paper towel. Place another very wet paper towel over the top of the potstickers and microwave on high for 2-1/2 to 3 minutes. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
