        I love LOL butter with olive oil and sea salt! I serve it with meals and use it for baking, sautéing, and pan-frying. The flavor and consistency are great! Years ago, when LOL came out with its first butter/oil blend, the ratio of the two ingredients was listed. Now, I can't find it anywhere. It isn't enough to know the percentage of various kinds of fat. Trying to use those values makes it seem as if there's really very little olive oil relative to dairy butter.

        Just want to make sure it is not Pomace Oil, which uses chemicals to extract the 3rd press of an olive, which would not be good.I'm guessing it is a refined "Pure" version of olives, as Extra Virgin would be too strong
