Cover and simmer until tender (7-8 minutes). Season to taste and serve. Microwave: Place frozen vegetables in a covered microwave-safe dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water for every 8 oz. Microwave on high for 3-5 minutes. Stir after 2-3 minutes. Season to taste and serve. Due to the differences in microwave ovens, cooking times may vary.
