Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Cooking Directions: Important! Always prepare meat from a thawed state. Conventional Oven: Remove pork roast from package. Place roast on shallow baking pan. Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 65-75 minutes or until a meat thermometer inserted into thickest portion of the meat reads 160 degrees F Let meat rest 5 minutes before slicing. Slow Cooker: place roast in slow cooker. cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4 hours and until meat reaches a minimum internal temperature of 160 degrees F. ovens and slow cookers will vary. always use a digital cooking thermometer inserted into the thickest portion of the meat. to test for doneness.
