Product of Canada.The packaging is perfect. One side is a shaker style and the other side of the lid is pour. I did not realize you could use it just like table salt with usage tips on side of package. The size of the granules was a bit smaller than typical sea salt, but worked very well for seasoning meat for grilling. We have also used it to refill our salt grinder. I liked the construction of the container as it was easy to grip and also looked quite nice. The lid provided two openings, one for sprinkling and a larger one for poring. I would recommend this to any one looking for a high quality Kosher Salt!

First, the packaging is nice. It's not flimsy and also looks attractive. The top is easy to open and you can either pour from one side or shake the salt from the other. I did find out you need to pour slowly because it comes out quickly. It was easy to over-pour, but I'm sure that's user error! The shaker side worked perfectly. The salt itself is coarse and flavored my dishes just as expected. The salt dissolved well and worked out beautifully. I want to try to make some home made soft pretzels soon. I think this salt would work beautifully on them.
