Cooks in 20 Minutes or Less: 1 Serving: 1/4 grits; 1 cup; dash salt (optional). 4 Servings: 1 cup grits; 4 cups water; 1/4 tsp salt (optional). 6 Servings: 1-1/2 cup grits; 6 cups water; 1/2 tsp salt (optional).
