This lactose free and casein free organic clarified butter is a great cooking butter over high heat, including sautéing, frying, roasting and baking. Substitute ghee for oil or organic butter in your favorite recipes, spread it on bread, drizzle it over popcorn, or try it in your morning coffee. As we slowly simmer our ghee butter, some of the milk solids caramelize, leaving behind hints of sweetness and roasted nuts. Organic Valley ghee comes in a resealable, shelf stable container.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
