Everyone in the family will enjoy Amy’s Pad Thai! Made with organic broad rice noodles, organic house-made tofu, organic julienned carrots, green onions and broccoli, this traditional dish is delicious, gluten free and dairy free. We’ve also added our own twist: Baked cashews instead of the typical peanuts. This is a great-tasting way to try Thai! It’s also convenient and easy to prepare, simply heat and serve. All the fruits, vegetables and grains we use are grown without the use of insecticides, GMOs and other harmful chemicals. Directions
Ovens may vary.
Microwave Oven: Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Cook on high for 4-5 minutes. Serve.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 375°F. Remove overwrap. Cover tray with foil and place on a baking sheet. Bake for 50-55 minutes. Let sit 1 minute. Serve.
Toaster Oven: Remove overwrap and tray. Place in an oven-safe dish. Follow conventional oven directions.
