Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Pan Fry: Cooking Instructions
For Patties: Slice roll into 1/2 inch slices. (For easier slicing, roll may be placed in freezer for 10–15 minutes.) Place sausage slices in cold skillet, turn heat to medium or 300°F. Cook each side 6–7 minutes or until desired color is attained.
For Crumbles: Place sausage in cold skillet on stove top. Cook on medium heat and break into desired piece size with a fork or spatula until meat is browned and thoroughly cooked. Approximately 10–15 minutes.
Always cook this product to 160°F prior to serving.
Previously handled frozen for your protection. Refreeze or keep refrigerated.
