Oat Flour, Whole Wheat Flour, Brown Sugar, Sugar, Leavening (Monocalcium Phosphate, Sodium Bicarbonate, Sodium Aluminum Phosphate), Dried Molasses, Salt, Hydroxylated Soy Lecithin, Soy Flour, Reduced Iron.
Directions
1 cup mix-slightly packed dry measure + 3/4 cup skim milk liquid measure + 1/4 cup egg white. Heart Healthy Pancakes: 1. Heat skillet over Medium-Low heat or electric griddle to 350 degrees F. Skillet is ready when drops of water sizzle, then disappear almost immediately. 2. Combine all ingredients (as pictured); stir with wire whisk until large lumps disappear. Over mixing may toughen pancakes. Let stand 2 to 3 minutes to thicken. 3. Pour slightly less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto a skillet that has been lightly coated with cooking spray. 4. Turn when pancakes bubble and bottoms are golden brown. Makes 7 to 9 pancakes. Larger Pancake Servings: To make: 14-18 pancakes, Mix: 2 cups, Egg white: 1/2 cup, Skim milk: 1-1/2 cup; To make: 21-27 pancakes: Mix: 3 cups, Egg whites: 3/4 cup, Skim milk: 2-1/4 cup. Heart Healthy Waffles: Heat waffle iron. Combine 1-1/4 cup Quaker Oatmeal Mix, 1 cup skim milk, 1/4 cup egg white, stir until large lumps disappear. - Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
