Directions

You Will Need: 1 packet coating mix, approximately 1/2 cup liquid (water, milk, slightly beaten egg, buttermilk or ranch dressing), 3 to 3-1/2 lbs whole chicken, cut up; 4-6 pork chops; 1 to 1-1/2 lb fish, tofu, veggies or boneless meat. Before You Begin: Choose cooking method. For Baking: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Generously spray or grease baking pan. For Frying: Preheat non-stick skillet to Medium heat. For Combination: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Generously spray or grease baking pan. Preheat oven proof skillet to Medium High. 1. Place coating mix in shaker bag or shallow bowl. Pour liquid into separate bowl. 2. Moisten pieces in liquid. Shake off excess liquid. 3. Coat moistened pieces one at a time. Shake off excess coating.
