Keep frozen until ready to use. Pour out amount desired. Close package with rubber band or twist tie and return to freezer. Microwave Cooking: Place frozen vegetables into a 2 quart microwave safe casserole and add 1/4 cup water. Cover and cook on High 8 to 10 minutes, stirring midway through cooking. Let stand covered 4 minutes. Season to taste. To prepare half of the package, use 2 tablespoons water and cook 6 to 8 minutes. Microwaves vary in power; some adjustment in cooking times may be necessary. Stove Top Cooking: In a saucepan, place frozen vegetables into 1/2 cup boiling water. Gently stir until water returns to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and season to taste.
