Our signature flavor is developed by slowly cold smoking with a unique recipe of maple, oak, cherry and apple woods. This taste is a robust blend of the woods and sea. This smoked salmon is thinly sliced, skin is removed.

Keep refrigerated at 38 degrees F (3 degrees C) or less. Use within four days of opening. Suggestions for Serving: Ducktrap Wild Sockeye Smoked Salmon is the ideal accompaniment to bagels and cream cheese as well as the perfect ingredient for salad, pasta, wrap, pizza and sandwich recipes.
