Organic Parboiled Brown Rice, Organic Dehydrated Red Beans, Organic Dehydrated Vegetables (red Bell Peppers, Green Bell Peppers, Carrots), Sea Salt, Organic Onion, Organic Spices (oregano, Black Pepper, Chili Pepper, Celery, Cumin, Coriander, Bay Leaves, Jalapeño), Organic Garlic, Organic Mushrooms, Organic Rice Concentrate, Natural Smoke Flavor.

Quick & Easy Preparation Instructions: 1. In a medium Saucepan combined 2 cups of water, rice, beans, seasoning packet, and 1 tbsp. of olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil. 2. Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 28 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand cover for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. 4. Soak up the compliments. Serve Suggestions: Make this a complete meal by adding cooked sausage or diced ham, and diced red & green bell peppers. Served with hot sauce. For a Cajun red beans and rice salad, add chopped red peppers and sliced green onion. Dress with a vinaigrette spiced with Cajun seasoning blend.

With an optional Instacart+ membership, you can get $0 delivery fee on every order over $35 and lower service fees too.
Instacart pickup cost:
- There may be a "pickup fee" (equivalent to a delivery fee for pickup orders) on your pick up order that is typically $1.99 for non-Instacart+ members. Instacart+ membership waives this like it would a delivery fee.
- Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
