Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Leek, Tomato, Garlic, Bell Pepper, Jalapeno), Parmesan Cheese Powder [Parmesan Cheese (Milk Ingredients, Bacterial Culture, Salt, Rennet and/or Pepsin and/or Microbial Enzyme) Modified Milk Ingredients, Hydrogenated Soybean Oil, Maltodextrin, Disodium Phosphate, Mono & Diglycerides], Buttermilk, Herbs & Spices, Hydrolysed Protein (Hydrolysed Corn Protein, Salt, Soybean Oil), Celery, Cornstarch.
Serve in one of our dip chillers. Baked: Makes 2 cups/500 ml. Contents of pouch of Hot Pepper Parmesan dip mix, 225 g/8 oz package cream cheese, 125 ml (1/2 cup) grated Parmesan cheese, 125 ml (1/2 cup full fat yogurt (Mediterranean style). Soften cream cheese by cutting cheese into 8 pieces, place in a micro-wave safe bowl. Place in microwave for 20-45 seconds (time varies according to power of microwave). Remove bowl from microwave, add remainder of ingredients and stir until well combined. Transfer to Gourmet Village Dip Baker (or another heat-proof dish) and bake in a preheated 350 degrees F/175 degrees C oven for 20 to 30 minutes. Check after 20 minutes. Should look slightly risen and very lightly browned. Serve with nacho chips, or slices of crusty baguette bread. Be careful, dip and dish will be very hot when removed from oven. Serving Suggestions: Add 125 ml (1/2 cup) sliced black olives; Add 30 ml (2 tbsp) finely diced sun dried tomatoes; Replace cream cheese with soft goat cheese. Cold Dip: Makes 2 cups/500 ml. Combine 250 ml (1 cup/8 oz) sour cream or plain yogurt, 250 ml (1 cup/8 oz) real mayonnaise & contents of Dip packet in a bowl & mix well. Refrigerate 15-20 minutes. Tastes even better if prepared a couple of hours in advance. Serve in one of our dip chillers (or in a colourful bowl) and enjoy with thin slices of red & yellow bell peppers, cucumber pieces, pieces of crusty bread, nachos, crackers or chips. For a low fat variation, substitute low fat sour cream, yogurt or mayonnaise.
