What You Need! To Make 1 Serving: 1 boneless skinless chicken breast half (4 oz), 1/2 tsp oil, 2 cups chopped iceberg lettuce. Optional salad ingredients: red and green pepper strips, thinly sliced green onions, drained canned or frozen corn, rinsed canned black beans, shredded cheddar cheese. Make it! Refer to bottles for more detailed preparation directions. 1. Cook chicken in hot oil in skillet until done (165 degrees F). 2. Add 1-2 tbsp zesty fajita cooking sauce. 3. Toss salad with 2 tbsp barbecue ranch dressing. 4. Serve salad with cooked chicken and sauce. Caution: Cooking sauce can splatter when added. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
