We start with grass-fed beef because we love the taste, and the flavor it adds to our meat sauce. We saute the beef until tender brown, add fresh onions and garlic, then stir in our organic vine-ripened tomato sauce. After the flavors have released and blended together, we layer the sauce between organic semolina pasta and creamy ricotta cheese, and top it all off with mozzarella cheese for a rich, golden finish.Mangia— let's eat!
