After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. Organic Unbleached Wheat Flour, Filtered Water, Organic Tomato Puree, Part-skim Mozzarella Cheese (pasteurized Part-skim Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Organic Whole Wheat Flour, Organic Spinach, Feta Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Salt, Culture, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Organic Onions, Organic Tofu (filtered Water, Organic Soybeans, Magnesium Chloride), Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Honey, Organic Cornmeal, Organic Garlic, Butter (cream, Salt), Basil, Sea Salt, Wheat Gluten, Spices, Yeast, Organic Evaporated Cane Syrup, Black Pepper.
Directions
Keep frozen. Microwave and regular oven. Remove and discard overwrap. Place on cookie sheet or foil. Conventional Oven: Preheat, bake at 350 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Toaster Oven: Preheat, bake at 325 degrees F for 25-30 minutes. Let stand 1-2 minutes. Microwave Oven: Remove overwrap and place on a small microwave-safe plate. Heat on high 1 minute. Turn pocket over and heat another 1 to 1-1/2 minutes, or until hot. Let stand 1-2 minutes before serving. For crispier crust, place microwaved pocket sandwich in toaster oven for 2-3 minutes at 375 degrees F. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
