Preparation Tip: When using as a lettuce wrap with fillings, we find it easier to cut each sheet into quarters and then roll.
Here are some of our favorites: Traditional: Turkey, cheddar or swiss plus tomato. Veggie: Avocado, cucumber and hummus. Mexican style: Beans, cheddar and rice. Korean gimbap: Rice, kimchi, egg omelets, stir-fried carrots and green vegetables. Japanese or Poke bowl: Fish, veggies and rice.
Storage Suggestion: After opening, store in a large sealable zipper storage bag and store in a cool, dry place. Avoid direct sunlight.
