        I still "like" the current version over some cheapie no-name offerings - but let's be real. Stouffer's Mac/Cheese used to be AWESOME - it's been some time, but you used to have a formula that was so good, overeating was an issue. Now in the current state (the cheese is bland, less like creamy cheese in consistency, and the noodles have less body) - this version you have a scoop & if you are still hungry, you likely go for the other item you had. Please bring back the awesome version - the current version isn't good & I don't buy it anymore. I do buy a different brand & it rocks, but it's clearly more money & there isn't a family size version. The current price/flavor isn't a seller for me - bring back the old, let us all know it & charge $2-3 dollars more for the family size. If you do, I'll come back - you had a real winner before the change.

        I almost used to live on this macaroni and cheese, but no more. I don't understand why companies who have a terrific product don't just leave it alone. This macaroni and cheese is now so watery, even after letting it sit for an hour after the microwave, that I find it distasteful. If you're reading this, Stouffers, please, please bring this product back to the way used to be six months or a year ago.

        I see from the other reviews that I am not the only one to notice the recent change. At first, I thought maybe I'd gotten a few bad packages. It is way soupier, less firm noodles, and I'm nearly certain that there is less in the package (20 oz. size) than there used to be. The old recipe is MUCH better and has been a staple in my freezer for years. Last night, my husband said we might as well go back to Kraft's version (which I haven't bought in more than 10 years). That's saying something! On top of that, the new version seems to be much harder to remove the plastic film without shredding it. Please bring back the mac & cheese we know and love!

        I had a family sized mac & cheese in our freezer, was the old Great Recipe, we didn't know it had changed. Had it Tuesday before last, it was so good it came up in a meeting at work. I was ask, "how can you enjoy that?" I said it was great, what are you talking about? Then several people chimed in, "you didn't notice the color, the taste, the texture all different? I said No, mine was just fine. I decided to try another family sized m & c. One word - Horrible! ! Why change a great recipe? The company I work for has over 10,000 employees, word is spreading fast that a lot of your products have changed and not for the better. Too bad. I would have thought you would have learned from companies like Coke, that changed their recipe and had to change back, go public and apologize. What a shame.

        I came here to look at reviews for this product and it confirmed that something in the manufacture/recipe has changed even though you keep responding that there have been no changes to the recipe (no RECENT changes). I have been eating this product since the early 60's(over 50 years). Was my favorite frozen meal. I don't know exactly when change occurred but I agree with the other long time consumers that something has changed other than portion size now smaller. This used to cook in my toaster oven in exactly 34 minutes and would have burnt sauce around the edge.. When cooking product purchased several month ago I noticed the cooking time was not right. I then noticed the recommended cooking time is now 50 minutes. Sauce is thicker but not same as previous and less noodles. This does make the product less watery but taste and texture are totally different. My cat used to beg for the leftovers and would lick the container so clean it looked never used. Now he won't touch it after smelling it. I have purchased one every couple of months to see if product has been corrected but no such luck. Sorry you have lost another customer over this now inferior product. Need to take note of Lipton Chicken noodle soup that went through similar changes and consumer complaints a couple of years ago. At least they went back almost to the original product and is at least acceptable.

        I used to love this product when I was younger. Recently started buying again and thought maybe I noticed changes because it's been so long. After coming here I realize I'm not the only one. My BIGGEST problem is that the plastic film NEVER peels off without shredding leaving plastic around the edges! See pictures for example. Maybe I will upload a video next time. For this reason alone this product gets a terrible rating from me and I buy a lot of these things. I ABSOLUTELY DO NOT WANT PLASTIC IN MY FOOD! nor do I want to have to peel the small pieces of plastic off with my fingers. Fix this!

        Long time fan of your Mac and cheese. In my opinion it was the best on the market. After a lull, we ate one last week and another just now for lunch. Unfortunately disappointed each time and not sure will purchase again. The sauce is now pasty instead of creamy. Noticeable taste difference. Read some posted reviews and other people wrote similar comments. Suggest the Stouffer team have a new taste test. We would like to enjoy again. Thanks

        It really pains me to write this! I have purchased this product for years and now for the last few months the cheese sauce is no longer creamy but rather like a flavorless goo as if someone thickened it up with flour or something similar. It use to be a great tasting and perhaps the best Mac & cheese you could get frozen. But no longer!
