Started off great, lately lost bun quality!!
Reviewed on January 19, 2022 by Carguy102210 on
You know, my household goes through 2-3 8pk boxes of the sausage egg and cheese croissant each and every week. At first (years ago) the quality was great, but lately the buns have been some of the worse quality I've seen on any breakfast sandwiches, including the cheaper brand. I pay the extra $$$ for this name brand because the quality was always great, I've been asking myself why lately. Why do that when I can get the same or better quality elsewhere?? Attached photos are from a randomly pulled example from the newest box.

        Love the family pack
Reviewed on July 5, 2018 by BonVegas on
I like getting your family pack but some times after I get half way through I feel like something different. I don't buy one of your other breakfast sandwiches because I still have the first box. In a perfect world there would be a JD breakfast sandwich family pack of 12 with 4 croissant, 4 muffin, and 4 biscuits.

Smaller sandwich, higher price, bad taste
Reviewed on March 29, 2017 by Disgruntled customer on
Keep my inventory of sausage cheese croissants up to 32 sandwiches or more. I toss them into a bin in freezer. Opened a new box, much smaller sandwich, meat was oval shaped. Grabbed one from freezer. Big difference! Cooked new sandwich. Meat tasted terrible and eggs tasted liked powdered eggs, cheese was strange. Higher cost, bad flavor = lost customer!

        Shrinking sausage and egg size
Reviewed on August 5, 2016 by James on
Long time Croissant Sausage egg & cheese fan. HOWEVER, last 2 boxes of 12 purchased from Costco have both egg and sausage patty roughly the size of a silver dollar, about 2 " in diameter - very disappointing. Wont purchase any more

Your change has destroyed the taste
Reviewed on June 25, 2019 by rondosrdr on
I have enjoyed your sausage, egg, and cheese croissant for years and recently have noticed a horrible tasting sausage. It is clear that you changed something and have gone from best to worst. Can't see myself enjoying these any longer which is disappointing as they were so good prior to your decision to change the taste. Bad move on your part. Clearly, I am not alone!

I truly cannot believe you're selling a croissant sandwich that is not a croissant, this is just regular bread.

Reviewed on December 5, 2017 by dave eisenman on
I love these treats, I also remove the bread and cheese, heat the egg and meat first until hot, then paper towel the eggs to get the water out then add the cheese to the top then cook the bread piece by piece all in the same time but it is perfect like at a restaurant.

        No instructions for an oven

Why do most companies these days not include oven directions? I will never buy another microwave oven and companies need to realize that I’m not the only consumer without one. Having to go to the internet is ridiculous.
