Ingredients: Organic Parboiled Brown Rice, Organic Quinoa, Organic Dehydrated Vegetables (garlic, Green Bell Pepper, Red Bell Pepper, Onion), Sea Salt, Organic Spices (rosemary, Pepper), Organic Rice Flour, Organic Sunflower Oil.
Quick & easy preparation instructions: 1. In a medium saucepan combine 1 3/4 cups of water, rice, contents of seasoning pouch, and 1 tsp. of olive oil (optional). Stir well and bring to a boil. 2. Cover and reduce heat to low. Do not lift lid while cooking. Simmer for 28 minutes. 3. Remove from heat. Let stand covered for 5 minutes. Fluff with fork and serve. 4. Soak up the compliments. Serving suggestions: Stir sauteed sliced green onions, mushrooms, and asparagus into prepared quinoa & rice rosemary blend; heat through. Top with diced goat cheese. Great with smoked turkey, grilled chicken, or mozzarella cubes.
