Happiness is a choice! Use the new directions below to make a smoothie or blend-a-bowl or one of each! Directions for Smoothies: (1) Combine contents of Jamba smoothie and one cup (8 oz.) of water (Water, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, apple juice, or your desired juice) into your blender. (2) Blend on low setting or pulse for 20 seconds until cubes and water (Water, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, apple juice, or your desired juice) are blended. (3) Blend on high setting for 60 seconds or until contents are smooth and creamy. Pour into 2 glasses and serve. Directions for Blend-A-Bowl: (1) Combine contents of Jambe smoothie add one cup of water (Water, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, apple juice, or your desired juice) into your blender. (2) Blend on low setting or pulse for 20 seconds until cubes and water (Water, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, apple juice, or your desired juice) are blended. Pour into 2 bowls, top with your favorite granola and fruit and serve. For thinner smoothies use 9 to 10 fl. oz of water (Water, soy milk, almond milk, coconut milk, apple juice, or your desired juice).
