You Will Need 1/2 cup milk. 1 egg beaten. 1. Heat oven to 400 degrees F. Grease one 8-inch ovenproof skillet or square pan with shortening or non-stick cooking spray. Place in oven for 7 to 8 minutes or until hot. 2. Combine mix milk, and egg in small mixing bowl; stir until smooth. Pour into hot skillet or pan. 3. Bake at 400 degrees F for 18 to 21 minutes or until golden brown. Muffins: Lightly spray muffin cups with non-stick cooking spray. Prepare batter as directed above in basic recipe.
