Cooking Instructions: From thawed state (thaw in refrigerator): Skillet: Coat skillet lightly with cooking spray or oil. Heat pan on medium to high heat. Add tenders to pan and brown 1 minute per side. Reduce heat, cover, and cook an additional 10-12 minutes until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F at center of tender, turning 3-4 times. Oven: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Place tenders on baking sheet and cook for 15 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F at center of tender. Grill: Preheat grill. Grill tenders, cooking 6-8 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F at center of tender.
