Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Cook from frozen state only! Bake: Preheat conventional oven to 350 degrees F. Remove tray from carton, and remove film from tray. Place tray on a sheet pan. Place sheet pan and tray in oven and bake for 25 to 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 degrees F. Plate and serve. (Do not bake in toaster oven). Microwave: Remove tray from carton and place tray with film into the microwave. Microwave on high for 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes, let rest for 1 minute. Remove film (caution steam will be hot), plate and serve. The suggested internal temperature should be 145 degrees F. Caution: Contents will be hot. Heating times are approximate.
