Makes 24 cookies.Chocolate chip cookies:Preheat oven to 375degF. In a large bowl, beat together the melted butter, egg, vanilla extract and Sugar in the raw. Meanwhile, mix dry ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt) in a separate bowl. Add dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir well to combine. Slowly add nuts and chocolate, chips until well combine. Drop the dough in spoonful’s onto ungreased baking sheets. Bake for 10 minutes. Sweeten a tea, a cup of coffee. Hot or cold. Sprinkle it on cereal, Douse a piece of fruit. Cook and bake with it too. Whatever you do, just do it with sugar in the raw.
