Directions
Keep frozen. Thawing: Achieve best results by thawing 8-12 hours (or overnight) in refrigerator. Thaw quickly by placing desired amount of scallops in sealed plastic bag; place bag in large bowl of cold water for 30 minutes. Rinse, drain well, and pat dry. Prepare scallops when thawed; do not refreeze. Cooking: Care is taken to remove all shell, however, some small pieces may remain. For safety, inspect and remove shell before cooking. Preheat saute pan on medium-high. Add olive oil or butter; swirl to coat. Cook scallops 3-4 minutes or until opaque. For best results, do not overcook.

- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
