Mix using a paddle attachment on low speed until liquid is incorporated, approximately 15 seconds. (3) Mix on low speed for 15 seconds. Do not overmix. (4) Place dough on a generously floured bench or cloth. Dust dough generously with flour and fold in half lengthwise. Do not knead. Divide dough in half. Roll out to desired thickness. Scaling: Cut dough using desired size cutter. Pan biscuit close together on a lightly greased or paper-lined sheet pan (16x24 inches). Oven: Convention (Rotate pans baked in the convection oven one-half turn (180 degrees F) after 4 minutes of baking) (400 degrees F): Pan (9-11 minutes); Standard 450 degrees F: Pan (11-13 minutes). Bake: Baking: Do not overbake. Doneness Test: Biscuits are fully baked when light golden brown in color and breaks along the sides of the biscuits are dry in appearance. Baking mix is not ready-to-eat and must be thoroughly cooked before eating. - Pick up orders have no service fees, regardless of non-Instacart+ or Instacart+ membership.

You can set item and delivery instructions in advance, as well as chat directly with your shopper while they shop and deliver your items. You can tell the shopper to:
- Find Best Match: By default, your shopper will use their best judgement to pick a replacement for your item.
- Pick Specific Replacement: You can pick a specific alternative for the shopper to purchase if your first choice is out-of-stock.
- Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
