Enriched Precooked Long Grain Rice (rice, Niacin, Iron [ferric Orthophosphate], Thiamin [thiamin Mononitrate], Folic Acid).
Cooking Directions: Microwave: 1. Combine water and rice in a microwave-safe dish using the table below. 2. Microwave on high using the table below. 3. Remove from microwave. Let stand until all water is absorbed (about 5 minutes). 4. Fluff lightly with fork and serve. Note: if your microwave does not have variable power settings, follow manufacturer’s directions. To Prepare: 2 Servings: 1 cup rice; 1 cup water; 3 minutes (or until boiling) cook time. 4 Servings: 2 cups rice; 2 cups water; 4 minutes (or until boiling) cook time. 6 Servings: 3 cups rice; 3 cups water; 5 minutes (or until boiling) cook time.
