Pour: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Empty the contents of the packet into 6 lightly greased individual cupcake tins. Fill batter up to the rim. If using a 12 tin cupcake pan, spread out the lava cakes into every other tin to help circulate the air.
Bake: Bake in a conventional oven for 8-10 minutes. Check to see if the cakes are cooked by inserting toothpick into the edge of the cakes - it should come out clean. Next insert the toothpick into the center of one of the cakes - it should retain some of the batter.
Cool: Remove the cakes from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Enjoy while still warm.
Storage directions: Store package at room temperature in a dry place. Do not refrigerate.
