For pudding: pour 2 cups cold milk (skim milk) into bowl. Add the mix. With a wire whisk, rotary beater or electric mixer at lowest speed, beat until well blended, about 1-2 minutes. Pour at once into individual serving dishes. Pudding will be soft-set and ready to eat within 5 minutes.
