Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Do not pierce bag. Gently massage package to break apart Broccoli and Cauliflower for even heat penetration. Place unopened bag, directions side up, in the microwave. Microwave on high for 4-1/2 to 5-1/2 minutes. This bag will begin to inflate during the cooking process, special vents will allow the steam to escape. Let stand for 1 minute. Carefully handle bag at corners while taking out of the microwave. Open carefully to allow steam to escape and place contents into serving dish; drain if needed. Season to taste. Microwave ovens vary in power; adjust time if necessary. Stove Top: Place frozen Broccoli and Cauliflower in 1/2 cup boiling water (salted if desired). Cover, bring to a second boil and cook gently until tender (6 - 7 minutes). Avoid overcooking. Drain, season to taste and serve. Keep product at 0 degrees F or below. Not ready to eat. For food safety, cook thoroughly to 165 degrees F (internal temperature). Because microwaves and stove-tops vary, adjusting cook times and heat settings may be required. Refrigerate leftovers.
