Corn, (Specially) Ground Corn Treated with Lime, Water, Calcium Propionate and Carboxymethyl Cellulose (to Preserve Freshness), Monocalcium Phosphate, Potassium Sorbate (a Preservative), and Fumaric Acid (a Dough Conditioner).

To heat and soften for table use or recipes, place directly over High heat on hot ungreased skillet, turning frequently until soft and piping hot. To use microwave, place a stack a stack of 6 tortillas between 2 slightly dampened paper towels. Microwave on High for 45 seconds, or until warm. Keep wrapped until ready to serve.
