Directions
Store in dry place. Use as directed for best results: 1. Sort laundry and select water temperature. Begin filling washer with water according to guide below. See garment label or hangtag for special instructions. Hot - White cottons, light prints, colorfast pastels, heavy soils. Warm - Light soils, colorfast fabrics, permanent press, delicates. Cold - Colors that fade or bleed, rinsing for all fabrics. 2. Measure and add detergent to water. In top loading automatics: Use 1 cup for normal capacity washers. Use 1-1/3 to 1-1/2 cups for large capacity washers. In front loading automatics: Start with 1/3 to 1/2 cup of detergent. After a minute of washing, gradually add more until suds are 1/3 to 1/3 way up the window. In compact automatics: Use 1/2 to 3/4 cup per load. For hard water or extra heavy soil: May require slightly more than the above recommendations. Keep a good layer of suds throughout the washing cycle. 3. Add clothes to washer. We recommend cold water rinsing. Follow manufacturer's instructions regarding the care of all washable fabrics. Nylons - rayons - acetates - lingerie: Use a warm solution of detergent, 1 to 2 tablespoons for each gallon of water. For extra soiled spots apply a small amount of detergent and soak or rub gently. Never soak fabrics such as wool, silk, and leather. Diapers & baby clothes: Sun makes the tough stains disappear, yet leaves baby's apparel soft and fluffy. That's because Sun is powerful in the washer and rinses out thoroughly. Washable surfaces: Sun works wonders on walls, floors, wood-work, appliances, etc. Just dissolve 1/2 cup detergent in one gallon of warm water, wash and rinse surfaces thoroughly. (Floors are slippery when wet.)
