In 1909, Kazimierz Monkiewicz and his wife Helena emigrated from Poland to Chelsea, MA in pursuit of the American dream. Kazimierz’ likeness and initials, “KM,” still live on in our logo and company name, and his values live on in our dedication to providing delicious, high quality meats.
