Cooking Directions: Stovetop: In a saucepan, bring 1/2 cup water to a boil. Add frozen peas. Stir gently until water returns to a boil. Cover, reduce heat and simmer 5-7 minutes or until tender. Avoid overcooking. Drain and season to taste. Microwave: Place frozen peas and 1/2 cup of water into a 2-quart microwave-safe container. Cover and microwave on High 6 minutes, stirring once during cooking. Let stand, covered 4 minutes. Season to taste, stir and serve. (Cooking times and settings may vary depending on model of microwave. Please consult manufacturer's instructions). Keep frozen until ready to use. Do not refreeze.
