Keep refrigerated or frozen. Thaw in refrigerator or microwave. Keep raw meat and poultry separate from other foods. Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers immediately or discard. Cook thoroughly. Preparation: Cook product from frozen. Patties are fully cooked when internal temperature is 160 degrees F. Grill: Preheat grill to medium-low. Place patties on the grill and close lid. Grill for 12-14 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, turning occasionally. Skillet: Preheat a nonstick skillet to medium-low. Place patties in the skillet. Cook for 16-18 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, turning occasionally. Broil: Preheat oven to broil. Place patties on a broiler pan or foil-lined baking pan coated with cooking spray. Place pan on center oven rack. Broil for 11-13 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F, turning occasionally.
