Black Bean Pasta (black Beans+, Fortifier C), Onion+*, Gluten Free Flour+ (rice Flour+, Ground Flax Seed+, Quinoa Flour+, Buckwheat Flour+, Xanthan Gum+), Rice Concentrate+ (anti-caking Agent), Nonfat Milk*, Corn Starch+, Mushrooms+*, Sea Salt+, Sunflower Oil+, Spices+, Parsley+*.
Directions
Step 1: Boil 5 cups water. Step 2: Add pasta. Cook for 12-15 min or until noodles are tender. Step 3: Drain. Set aside. Step 4: Add seasoning mix. Stir in 1-1/2 cup milk; 1/2 cup water; 2 tbsp butter. Medium. Step 5: Stir constantly 2-3 min. Remove from heat when mixture starts to boil. Step 6: Add 1/2 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt. Step 7: Add cooked & drained pasta to sauce. Step 8: Stir to coat. Step 9: Option: add 1 lb lean ground beef or turkey. Made Your Way: season to taste with salt & pepper. - Don't Replace: For items you'd rather not replace, choose "Don't replace" to get a refund if the item is out of stock.
