Atlantic Salmon (Fish), Sugar, Brown Sugar, Water, Dextrose, Spices, Sea Salt, Dehydrated Vegetables (Onion, Garlic), Orange Peel, Ginger, Flavor, Natural Smoked Flavor
Directions
Preparation Instructions:Defrost before cooking. To defrost: do not open the vacuum-pack—defrost overnight in refrigerator (38degF) or submerge entire vacuum package in cold water until thawed (approx. 40 minutes or until product is completely defrosted). Cook promptly after thawing. Remove from packing by cutting with scissors around the protective plastic wrap.Barbeque:• Preheat BBQ to med-high heat (approx. 425degF / 220degC).• Place the salmon and plank directly over the BBQ grill and close cover for approximately 18–20 minutes or until internal core temperature reaches 145degF.• When cooking on the BBQ have a spray bottle handy in case of flare ups.Ovens & grills vary; cooking times may need to be adjusted.Do not overcook. Salmon is cooked when flesh becomes flakey. Salmon is perfectly cook when it is still slightly pink in the center of the fillet. Remove immediately from cooking source. Product will continue to cook after  you remove from the grill.
