After the birth of our daughter Amy in 1987 we found there was little time to prepare the wholesome nutritious food we normally ate. Realizing there were others like ourselves, we set up Amy's Kitchen to produce delicious, nourishing frozen meals for health-conscious people too busy to cook. We use only the finest natural and organic ingredients and prepare them with the same careful attention in our kitchen as you would in your own home. No meat, fish, shellfish, poultry, eggs or peanuts are ever used in any Amy's products. Amy loves pasta - and the rest of us do too. So Amy's Kitchen began to search for a nutritious pasta dish that, like our pot pies, would be easy to prepare and popular with both children and adults. We decided on another family favorite, Macaroni and Cheese made with organic macaroni in a smooth cheese sauce. We're sure your family and friends will enjoy this delicious, satisfying and convenient meal from Amy's Kitchen. Healthy eating for busy people. Organic Macaroni (organic Whole Durum Flour, Filtered Water), Organic Lowfat Milk, White Cheddar Cheese (pasteurized Milk, Culture, Salt, Enzymes [without Animal Enzymes Or Rennet]), Grade Aa Butter (cream, Salt), Organic Sweet Rice Flour, Sea Salt, Organic Annatto.
Directions
Keep frozen. Microwave (1100 W): Make a 1-inch slit in overwrap. Heat on high for 10 minutes. Remove overwrap, and gently stir. Cook another 2 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Remove tray from carton and overwrap. Cover tray with foil. Place tray on a cookie sheet on center oven rack. Bake for 45 minutes. Remove foil, gently stir edges. Bake for another 15-20 minutes or until heated throughout. Let stand 3 minutes before serving. Do not use a toaster oven. Ovens vary, so please use these instructions as a guide to the best preparation for your oven.
