Set in a bowl of cold water; change water every 30 minutes until thawed (approximately 15 minutes per 4 ounces of fish). Pat fish dry with clean paper towels before cooking. Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven: 1. Place fish on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Season to taste. 2. Bake in a preheated 425 degrees F oven until fish flakes easily with a fork (about 10 minutes per inch of thickness for thawed; 15-20 minutes per inch of thickness for frozen). Stovetop: 1. Season fish to taste. 2. In medium skillet, heat a small amount of oil over medium heat. 3. Place fish on an aluminum foil lined baking sheet. Season to taste. 2.
