Hot Chai Spice Mate: Place tea bag in a cup of hot (not boiling) water. Steep 5-10 minutes. If you want it stronger, brew it longer. Do not drink mate above 150 degrees fahrenheit. Mate Chai Latte: Brew the tea bags, then add your favorite milk and sweetener to taste. Store in a cool, dry place.
