Our BBQ Process: 1. Our production process starts with fresh chicken. 2. We season and hardwood smoke the chicken for hours using hickory wood. 3. Then, we hand-pull the meat to ensure only the finest quality product makes it into our tray. 4. Next, we smother the hand-pulled chicken in our flavorful Dickey's Sweet Barbecue Sauce. 5. Lastly, we immediately freeze our finished product to seal in that hickory smoked chicken flavor that we worked so hard to achieve!

Seasoned Chicken (Chicken, Chicken Breast with Rib Meat, Water, Salt, Sodium Phosphates), Sauce (High Fructose Corn Syrup, Water, Tomato Paste, Distilled Vinegar, Smoke Sauce [Water, Natural Hickory Smoke Flavor, Citric Acid, Caramel Color, Vinegar, Dextrose, to Preserve Freshness {Sodium Benzoate}, Guar Gum, to Preserve Freshness {Sulfiting Agents}], Sugar, Worcestershire Sauce Concentrate [Distilled Vinegar, Molasses, Corn Syrup, Water, Salt, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder, Sugar, Spices, Tamarind, Natural Flavor], Salt, Corn Syrup, Spieces, Dehydrated Garlic, Dehydrated Onion, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Chili Pepper, Xanthan Gum, Paprika, to Preserve Freshness [Sodium Benzoate, Potassium Sorbate], Sodium Acid Sulfate, Caramel Color, Garlic Powder).
Directions
Heating Instructions: For food safety, quality, and thorough heating, please follow the instructions below. Thaw under refrigeration in package overnight (12 hours) for best results, otherwise keep frozen until ready to prepare. Use product within 3 days of defrost. Product is not ready to eat until fully heated to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Boil in Bag: Remove product from outer carton and tray, set tray aside for post heat serving. Leave product in pouch / do not puncture pouch. Using a 3-quart stock pot, fill to 2/3 with water and heat to just below boiling, 190 degrees F - 200 degrees F. Using tongs, carefully place pouch in heated water. From thawed, heat 38-40 minutes. From frozen, heat 50 minutes. If necessary, adjust heat to maintain water temperature, being careful not to let boil fully. Carefully remove from water using tongs. Cut bag and pour contents into serving tray. Stir before serving. Microwave Oven: Remove outer carton. Remove product from plastic pouch. Place product in black tray and cover tray with paper towel. Microwave on high for 5 to 6 minutes from thawed, 10 minutes from frozen. Stir halfway through heating time and again before serving. Conventional Oven: Remove outer carton. Remove product from plastic pouch. Place product in black tray and place tray on baking sheet. Bake in preheated oven at 350 degrees F for 35 minutes from thawed, 60 minutes from frozen. Stir halfway through heating time and again before serving. Microwave instructions developed using an 1100-watt microwave oven. Due to differences in appliances and quantity prepared, heating times may vary and may require adjustment. Caution - Product will be hot!
