Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen. Do not use in conventional or toaster oven. Always follow cooking instructions. Microwave Cooking Instructions: For food safety and quality purpose, cook thoroughly to at least 165 degrees F as measured with a food thermometer in several places. Due to variances in microwave, cooking times may vary. Keep frozen until ready to use. 1. Remove from carton; puncture film. 2. Microwave on high as follows: Wattage of Microwave (1100 Watts): Cooking time - 2 minutes; remove film and stir. Cook and additional 1 minute. Wattage of Microwave (700 Watts): Cooking time - 2 minutes; remove film and stir. Cook and additional 2 minutes. Note: If you don't know the wattage of your microwave start with 1100 watts and add time if needed. 3. Let stand 1 minute, before serving. Enjoy! Caution: Product will be hot. Single use bowl.
